Publish your parish bulletin online
Write the weekly bulletin, publish it to a page at your parish's own URL, and send the link to everyone — from the same system that holds your parishioner list.
What it does
- Compose the bulletin in the app and publish when it is ready
- A permanent URL for the current issue, plus an archive of past ones
- Send the link by email or SMS to a group or the whole parish
- No separate website login, no PDF for parishioners to pinch and zoom
Why not just post a PDF
A PDF of a print layout is the single most common way parishes publish online, and it is the least usable on the phone most parishioners will read it on. A bulletin page reflows, is readable without zooming, and can be linked to directly.
Because the bulletin lives with your parishioner records, sending it is one step rather than an export, a paste into a mail tool, and a hope that the list is current.
Getting it in front of people
Publishing is only half the job. Because the bulletin lives beside your parishioner list, the announcement goes out to the same people you already have contact details for — by email for the households that read email, by SMS for the ones that do not.
Both go out from the same screen, and every send is logged with who sent it and whether it was delivered. If a parishioner has opted out of texts, that is honoured automatically rather than being something the office has to remember.
What the archive is actually for
Past issues stay online at stable URLs, which turns the archive into something more useful than a filing cabinet. A parishioner who half-remembers an announcement can find it. A new staff member can read back through a year of parish life. And the bulletin becomes the written record of what was announced and when — which matters more often than parishes expect.
The current issue keeps a permanent URL of its own, so a link printed in a pew card or posted to a parish Facebook group does not go stale the week after it is printed.
Common questions
Do parishioners need an account to read the bulletin?
No. The published bulletin is reachable by URL with no login.
Can we keep old bulletins?
Yes. Past issues stay available in an archive.
