What we're building
Bellringer is built for Catholic parish offices, and this is where it is going. Only the recently shipped items at the bottom are available today, and we don't put dates on unfinished work. If something your office needs isn't here, tell us — requests decide what moves up.
Now
What we are working on at the moment.
-
Texting, set up for you
Basic planEach parish gets its own texting number, registered with the phone carriers on its behalf — no Twilio account and no carrier paperwork for the office. We are setting up the first parishes now.
-
Online giving
Pro planParishioners give once or every week or month, by card or bank transfer, from your parish's page. Each gift lands in your giving records without being typed in twice, and a QR poster for the vestibule comes with it. We are connecting the first parishes now.
Next
What we plan to start once the current work ships.
-
Message a ministry, an event, or any filtered list
Today a message goes to one person, a group, or the whole parish. Next, choose recipients the way you already filter the parishioner list — a ministry, everyone who RSVP'd, or everyone tagged lector.
-
Automatic event and volunteer reminders
Basic planA reminder by email or text to everyone who RSVP'd or signed up for a volunteer slot, sent ahead of the day without anyone remembering to.
-
Email year-end giving statements
Pro planSend each household its giving statement by email, instead of printing and posting a stack of them every January.
Later
Planned, but not yet started. Order may change.
-
Custom forms
Enterprise planBuild your own registration, survey and intake forms. Responses attach to the parishioner who sent them rather than piling up in an inbox.
-
Campaigns with goals
Pro planTrack a capital campaign or annual appeal against its goal, with pledges and gifts side by side.
-
Parishioner self-service
Parishioners update their own address and phone number, RSVP, and see their giving history — without calling the office.
-
More automation triggers
Pro planWelcome someone who joins a group, follow up after an event, and send automated messages by text as well as email.
-
Email bounce and open reporting
See which addresses bounce so the office can fix them, and which messages are actually being read.
-
Link previews for parish pages
When your bulletin or directory link is shared on Facebook or by text, the preview shows your parish's name and logo.
